WEDNESDAY 21ST APRIL 7PM SPANISH TIME/6PM UK TIME
In this live Zoom class you will firstly learn about Grounding and its importance to maintain a healthy body, we will look at different methods and tools.
You will then learn about the Vagus Nerve, how it keeps your body and its systems healthy, what happens to the body if the Vagus Nerve isn't functioning properly and then learn a quick and easy method to keep it balanced in energy.
I will then take you on a guided meditation with an intention, an intention of finding something important for your healing empowerment to use in the next step and to take away with you.
Finally, I will show you how to make Qi (energy) balls, where to place them in your body, plus we'll bring in your important finding from the meditation.
This session is with Adele. The class should last around 60-90 minutes. Please wear comfortable clothing and have some paper and a pen handy incase you want to make any notes.
