This workshop is designed for anyone who is interested in starting and understanding the meditation process and why it's an important tool in todays hectic life. You will learn about different types of meditation, how it benefits your wellbeing, what is mindfulness and practice some of the different types of meditation. This is open to those with all levels of fitness and if need be can be done seated in a chair or on a cushion on the floor. Please come in comfortable clothing you can easily move in and during winter months warm socks to keep your toes warm. These will be small workshops of 5 people, 6 including myself.
