2. Find yourself a quiet location with no distractions, where you can be comfortable to sit or lay back. (Bed or couch is recommended than sitting if possible)
3. Turn all sounds that are not required like notifications and alarms onto silent from your phone, tablet or laptop.
4. Try to locate your camera securely, so I can see you from your waist upwards with your hands resting on your upper body unlocked and your face in view.
5. Your camera phone/tablet/laptop must be somewhere close, so your voice will be picked up clearly.
6. Find a location that has the best broadband signal if possible and make sure you have enough battery power if not using mains.
7. Bring some water with you for afterwards.

This session is a fantastic class to learn a complete routine where you'll come away with an everyday self session which covers :- Clearing stuck lower energy, good energy flow, creating positive energy, grounding, connecting to the universal energy, positive affirmations, placing intentions, breath work and protection.
In this workshop you will firstly learn a little bit about energy, some of your energy fields inside and out, that are around your physical body and ways to keep them healthy for your complete overall health and wellbeing.
We will then go on to learn and practise some easy QiGong movements. QiGong is an Eastern exercise tradition, very similar to Tai Chi but going back further, around 6000 years. It is a system of body postures, slow movements and breathing techniques, helping with medical conditions, self awareness, physically and emotionally and helps create confidence.
A preventative medical practice which promotes longevity and creates life giving energy. It helps to clear stuck, stagnant energy, get your life force energy moving and create positive energy. Finally you'll learn about EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique. This involves tapping with your fingers on the Meridian lines of your body whilst saying a positive statement. This can release emotional blockages or discomfort held within the energy body. Blockages can lead to lack of self esteem, feeling stuck and depression.
AFFIRMATIONS - For the whole, mind, body and spirit. These are where we say a positive statement, going through all the bodies Meridian lines. A complete grounding and aligning of your energies.
This session is with Adele. The class should last around 2hrs.
Please wear comfortable clothing and have some paper and a pen handy in case you want to make any notes.
