
2. Find yourself a quiet location with no distractions, where you can be comfortable to sit or lay back. (Bed or couch is recommended than sitting if possible)
3. Turn all sounds that are not required like notifications and alarms onto silent from your phone, tablet or laptop.
4. Try to locate your camera securely, so I can see you from your waist upwards with your hands resting on your upper body unlocked and your face in view.
5. Your camera phone/tablet/laptop must be somewhere close, so your voice will be picked up clearly.
6. Find a location that has the best broadband signal if possible and make sure you have enough battery power if not using mains.
7. Bring some water with you for afterwards.

How many times a day do you get triggered into a lower emotion? Maybe it's a facial flinch or a body reaction flinch or an emotional trigger. Most of the time I bet you don't even realise its happening, we get so used to reacting to certain things in life we don't know when or even why we are doing it.
Make an effort to take notice of your flinch/trigger reaction and make a note of what made you react, was it something you saw? Something that was said? Something that was done to you? Then notice how this makes you react, what is the emotion coming up? Do you want to shout, lash out, cry, get angry, crawl under a cover and not come out, eat everything in the house, run away etc. These triggers are your body’s way of warning you there are issues you need to deal with. We should not be in a life where we are reacting negatively to things and for some people this is constantly most of the day
.
Once you are aware of the triggers and the way it makes you react then write them down. What makes you feel that negative reaction? This can take a lot of soul searching in some people, some reasons are hidden so you have to delve down deep. Your deep core trigger likes to bury itself out of sight so may need some help finding it.
By getting rid of your triggers and there may be many of them, you release those negative reactions and feelings, releasing depression and anxiety and having a sense of freedom, raising your overall vibrational energy and boosting your confidence. It can also help with aches, pains and some illnesses.
In this session bring a list of 5 (at the most) of your known triggers, together we will go through a process of clearing and healing which you will then be able to take away with you to use in the future.
