Relaxation for Children

A wonderful spoken script that has been proven many times to help children to relax down and drift into a wonderful meditation using the power of their imagination.

Best requirements:

Find a quiet location with no distractions, where they can be comfortable to sit or lay back. (Bed or couch is recommended than sitting if possible)

Please refrain from pets in the same area which can distract the audio or listening time.

Turn all sounds that are not required like notifications and alarms onto silent from any nearby phone, tablet or laptop.
