Hello, I'm Mark Hockey, Dhp.Acc.Hyp, and my journey has been a tapestry woven with diverse experiences and a genuine passion for helping others.

I embarked on a dynamic career trajectory, spending nearly 33 years in a major glass replacement company in the UK. Starting as a Supervisor, I ascended to the role of Manager. In addition to my managerial duties, I served as the company spokesperson, a first aider, and a crucial part of the Mental Health Awareness Team, highlighting my commitment to both professional excellence and the well-being of my colleagues.

My worldview expanded during my time with the Samaritans, where I not only witnessed the profound realities of the world but also became a trainer. The Samaritans became more than an organization to me; it became a platform to make a positive impact and foster understanding.

The call of new horizons led me from the UK to the sun-soaked landscapes of southern Spain. Here, my wife and I took our shared passion to the next level by running a holistic business, a venture that we initially started in the UK and seamlessly transitioned to our new Spanish home.

My professional journey took an intriguing turn as I delved into the realm of Hypnotherapy. Armed with a Hypnotherapy diploma, I underwent comprehensive training in clinical, suggestive, and analytical Hypnotherapy, coupled with life coaching skills. This enriching experience allowed me to blend traditional expertise with innovative approaches, fostering holistic well-being.

I am not just a practitioner but an individual driven by a deep-seated desire to contribute positively to the lives of others. Through my diverse experiences and continuous learning, I strive to create a ripple effect of positive change, one session at a time.
